-This is a handmade item. Expect variances in the placement of the hole and overall appearance. Created using high quality, custom made hand tools. No two items are exactly the same.
-When we create charms from these blanks, we stamp them and then use a Sunshine polishing cloth afterwards. However, your project may require further finishing. If you are unsure, we recommend purchasing one as a sample first.
-Intended for one sided stamping/engraving. The third photo shows the back side.
-This item comes blank without any illustrations or letters. The photos with designs show examples of what you can create with the blank.

Gold filled, or gold overlay, is made by heat and pressure bonding a thin layer of karat gold to a brass (or other base metal) core. Karat gold covers the brass surface, making it tarnish-resistant. We offer several "RUSH" shipping options at checkout (USA only) including UPS Next Day Air Saver. We process orders right away for all "RUSH" shipping methods (sometimes same day).
Can I make a change to my order?
In order to expedite order processing, we can *not* make any changes to orders after they have been placed (no address changes, shipping method changes, changes to items on the order, combined shipping, etc). If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately to see if we are able to cancel it & you can then place a new order with your correct information. We are not able to grant cancellation requests if the order process has already begun.
I am sales tax exempt. How do I receive a refund on my sales tax?

I have an issue with the order I received. How do I get help?
First, hold onto your packing slip until your issue is resolved! Your packing slip is required for all help requests. Double check your packing slip and the envelope your items arrived in. Oftentimes, missing items are overlooked. If you still have issues, send us a message on Etsy with images of your packing slip AND the items received. Our customer service team will review ASAP to assist you!
