Can I make a change to my order?

In order to expedite order processing, we can *not* make any changes to orders after they have been placed (no address changes, shipping method changes, changes to items on the order, combined shipping, etc). First, hold onto your packing slip until your issue is resolved! Your packing slip is required for all help requests. Double check your packing slip and the envelope your items arrived in. Oftentimes, missing items are overlooked. If you still have issues, send us a message on Etsy with images of your packing slip AND the items received. I bought 26 each of ss and gf stamping blanks. I received them and they are too small for my stamp, despite the stamp being several mm smaller, the design won’t fit in between the holes. I reached requesting to exchange them for a larger size, or be refunded, and was pretty much told I’m sol. I’ve made several purchase recently, each well over a hundred bucks, and I will not be returning.
